Classes

Want to learn something new and still push your fitness limits?
Ladies class offers the same grading syllabus as our regular seniors sessions but takes into consideration that some ladies want to train with like-minded females and learn at a steadier pace. Make no mistake though this class will push you to achieve your grades and improve your fitness and confidence levels. We train once a week and provide a male instructor to welcome you, along with a male and female assistant.

If you ever wanted to learn martial arts but felt a little shy this is a perfect class for you!
It's a demanding class which will not only improve your strength and flexibility but give you a well rounded understanding of martial arts.

About

Open to ages 3+ our classes will bring your confidence and fitness up to speed. We provide fun and energetic lessons in a welcoming atmosphere, no gimmicks just proven training techniques by our experienced instructors.

Don't worry about your fitness level, we will push you and make sure you progress to achieve your goals. Freestyle combines the most effective elements of Kickboxing, Karate, Kung Fu and Taekwondo, into a system that translates both into sports martial arts and self-defence.

Had my first fitness beast session on Thursday. Lovely structure and really enjoy how Jen included kickboxing drills. It keeps the class interesting! Jen pushes us hard but still ensure our safety. Had a good time and would really recommend it! x

Really good first session of kickboxercise with Jen, she was a fantastic teacher and really helped push me to my limits and encouraged me. Will be doing these classes regularly on Thursday’s from now on :)
